General Wellness FAQS

What exactly is IV Infusion Therapy?

IV (Intravenous) therapy delivers a customized blend of vitamins, minerals, and hydration directly into your bloodstream. By bypassing the digestive system, your body can absorb 100% of the nutrients instantly, providing faster and more effective results than oral supplements.

How long does a session take?

Most infusions take between 30 to 60 minutes. During this time, you can relax in our lounge, read, or even work on your laptop.

Does it hurt?

You may feel a tiny pinch during the initial placement of the IV (similar to a quick blood test), but once the infusion starts, most clients feel no discomfort at all.

How often should I get an IV?

This depends on your personal wellness goals. Some clients visit us weekly for maintenance, while others come in as needed for a boost after travel, intense exercise, or a late night out.

Who administers the IVs?

All treatments are performed by Registered Nurses (RNs) or licensed medical professionals.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects are rare and usually mild. They may include bruising or redness at the injection site, a cooling sensation in the arm, or a metallic taste in the mouth (common with certain vitamins).

Is everyone eligible for IV therapy?

Before your first session, we conduct a Good Faith Exam or health screening to ensure the treatment is safe for you. We generally do not treat individuals under 18, those with certain kidney or heart conditions, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding and patient undergoing medical treatment without a doctor’s note.
